  • Include your order number and clear photos of the fault or damage.

  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We offer store credit or an exchange for change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging (including box and any protective wrapping).

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return an Item

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

  3. Package the item securely to prevent damage in transit.

  4. Return the item using a trackable shipping method.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund (to original payment method), store credit, or exchange as applicable.
